A skirt made of strips of thin fabric for curtains of two types (residues from cutting the length of curtains for windows - when sewing curtains, such long strips often remain). The overskirt is made of nylon type fabric - a well-gathered strip of fabric. Two-piece petticoat. The top one is a strip of stretch satin about 10 cm wide, slightly gathered to the length of the waist circumference. A well-gathered strip of thick chiffon is sewn to the bottom. All lower sections are finished with bias tape.
