Preparation:
Boil the seafood cocktail, cool and place in a bowl. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, carefully remove the skin and cut into cubes. Blanch the tomatoes for 1 minute in boiling water, then plunge into ice water, remove the skin and also cut into cubes. Combine yogurt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and season the resulting sauce with a mixture of seafood, avocado and tomatoes. 150 g salted salmon,
150 g crab meat,

1 fresh cucumber

Preparation:
Divide the boiled eggs into whites and yolks, grate the whites on a coarse grater. Cut the cucumber into strips and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the salmon and crab meat into thin strips. Mix yogurt with mustard and lemon juice, salt to taste. Place the salad in layers in transparent glasses, placing a spoonful of sauce on each layer: whites, cucumber, salmon, onion, crab meat, cheese. Ingredients:

1 jar of krill meat,
2 squid carcasses,
100 g crab meat,
1 jar of red caviar,
½ onion,

Preparation:
Boil the squid in boiling salted water, lowering the carcass for 2-3 minutes, then wait until the water boils and lower the next carcass. Cool and cut into strips. Cut the onion into small cubes and soak in a weak vinegar solution for 10-15 minutes. Cut the crab meat into strips, and also cut the whites into strips. Shred the krill meat with a fork. Combine all ingredients and top with yogurt sauce. Place in a salad bowl, place boiled shrimp on top and place a spoonful of caviar in the bend of each shrimp.

600 g red fresh frozen fish,
3 tbsp. oils for frying.
Batter:
1 protein,
½ cup mineral water,

salt, pepper - to taste.
Sauce:
2 tbsp liquid honey,
100 g butter,
½ cup chopped walnuts,
1 orange.

Preparation:
Combine mineral water, flour, salt and pepper, mix well and add beaten egg white. Wash the red fish fillet, remove the bones, cut into 2 cm thick pieces and dry. Dip the fish pieces into the batter and fry in vegetable oil. Place on paper towel to remove excess grease. For the sauce, melt the butter, mix with honey, add orange juice and boil the whole mass to a caramel-like mass. Add walnuts minced through a meat grinder. Pour hot sauce over fish and serve.

Ingredients:
2 salmon steaks about 2 cm thick,
1 tbsp. olive oil,
1 onion,
1 tsp mustard powder,
½ tsp. dry garlic,
60 g spiced breadcrumbs,
2 tbsp. mayonnaise,
salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté finely chopped onion and dry garlic. Add salt and pepper and place in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs, mustard powder and mayonnaise to the onions. Mix until a paste-like mass is obtained. Add more mayonnaise if necessary. Place the salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet and brush each piece with the breading mixture, making sure the layer is at least 6mm thick. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetable salad.

Ingredients:
100 g cod fillet,
150 g strawberries,
100 g lettuce,
½ onion,
2 tbsp. lemon juice,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
1 tsp apple juice,
mustard, ground red pepper, salt - to taste.

Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, peel and cut into slices. Sort the salad, wash, dry and tear into small pieces. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Pour half the lemon juice over the prepared fish, salt and pepper. Fry the fish pieces on both sides. Combine the remaining lemon juice with 1 tbsp. water, apple juice, mustard and olive oil, add salt and pepper, stir. Place the lettuce, strawberries and onions on a dish, pour over the sauce, and place the fried fish on top.

Ingredients:
250 large shrimps,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
1 fresh hot pepper without seeds.
Sauce:
1 clove of garlic,
1 tsp chili powder,
1 tsp paprika,
¼ tsp. cumin,
1 lime,
4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise,
salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Mix raw shrimp with oil and ground pepper and fry them in hot vegetable oil on both sides. Mix 1 tbsp. olive oil, garlic, chili, paprika, cumin, lime juice and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Serve the cooked shrimp with a fresh vegetable salad, crusty bread and hot sauce.

Ingredients:

300 g fatty smoked salmon fillet or salmon,
60 g butter,
1 tbsp. vegetable oil,
1 tbsp. lemon juice,
4 tbsp. heavy cream,

Preparation:

Ingredients:

200 g cottage cheese,
2 eggs,
100-150 g wholemeal flour,
3 tbsp. rye bran,
spices and salt - to taste.
Filling:
200 g shrimp and squid,
100 g corn,
50-80 g brown rice,
2 eggs,
1 carrot,
parsley and onion - to taste,
salt, spices.

Preparation:
Add eggs, flour, bran and spices beaten with salt to the cottage cheese, mix well and knead into a loose dough. Boil the rice until half cooked, add seafood, corn, herbs and a raw egg, stir well, add salt and pepper. Roll out the curd dough, spread out the filling and roll it up. Brush the roll with beaten egg and place in a hot oven for 40 minutes.

A romantic dinner is unthinkable without dessert. You can prepare delicate truffles or a low-calorie dessert. But after a fairly light seafood dinner, delicate chocolate fondants will come in handy. 1. Wash the pineapple and dry it on towels. Arm yourself with a sharp knife, evenly cut the fruit into 2 parts along with the green “crown” (do not get rid of it). Cut the flesh out of the pineapple, being careful not to damage the edges of the fruit.

2. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it, get rid of the film. Cut the chicken into cubes about 2 cm in size. Chop the pineapple pulp that you removed earlier in the same way. Add to meat.

3. Get rid of the husks on the onions, chop them into half rings or rings. Enter to the pineapple with bird. Pour the contents with mayonnaise combined with spices, ground pepper, and salt to taste.

4. Place the prepared filling into the pineapple halves, do not compact it, otherwise it will not bake. Sprinkle with grated cheese, line a baking sheet with foil and place 2 stuffed fruit halves on it.

1. Place the mushrooms in a colander and rinse well under the tap. Prepare the filling for the champignons: mix sour cream with chopped onion in half rings, your favorite seasonings, a pinch of salt and ground pepper. Mix the mushrooms with the marinade, wait a third of an hour.

2. A romantic dinner prepared for a loved one cannot be limited to just mushrooms. At home, the dish is served with potatoes, all recipes confirm this.

3. While the champignons are steeping, prepare the potatoes: wash, peel, chop into 2*2 cm squares. Grease a baking dish with oil, place the potatoes on the bottom (do not compact).

  • sour cream 20% fat - 300 gr.
  • trout (loin) - 900-950 gr.
  • butter - 150 gr.
  • lemon juice - 100 ml.
  • champagne - 700 ml.
  • flour - 30 gr.
  • chicken yolk (chilled) - 4 pcs.
  • mixture of universal herbs - to taste

1. Rinse the chilled fish well and sprinkle with spices. It is better to take dried parsley and dill. Dry the trout, prepare a baking sheet and grease it with heated butter.

2. Sprinkle the surface with ground coriander mixed with cardamom and thyme. Place trout pieces on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake the fish for 7 minutes.

3. After the specified time, uncork the champagne and measure out 100 ml. and pour the drink over the fish. Continue baking it at the same temperature for another 20-30 minutes until a light crust forms on the surface.

4. A romantic dinner for your beloved partner is something special. At home, you can prepare a dish whose recipes are kept secret. While the fish is baking, make the sauce.

5. In a frying pan with high sides, mix the remaining champagne, melted butter, a little salt and spices, sifted flour, yolks, sour cream, lemon juice. Simmer for 3 minutes.

  • garlic cloves - 3-4 pcs.
  • olive oil - 80 ml.
  • lemon juice - 70 ml.
  • granulated sugar - 30 gr.
  • butter - 10 gr.
  • seasonings (curry, turmeric, cumin, ground pepper, cinnamon) - to taste

1. First you need to make a marinade for king prawns. They absorb flavor and smell quickly, so don't overdo it with spices. In a glass container, mix lemon juice and 20 ml. olive oils.

2. In another bowl, combine a pinch of each type of seasoning, as well as 15 g. granulated sugar. Place this mixture into the lemon-oil mixture and wait until the sugar dissolves.

3. Place the shrimp in the solution, then the romantic dinner prepared for your loved one will turn out delicious. At home, shrimp are marinated for 1 hour, all recipes say so.

4. While marinating, make the tomato sauce. To do this, boil a kettle, pour hot water into a container and soak the tomatoes for a couple of minutes. Then immediately transfer them into cold (preferably ice) liquid. Remove the skin.

5. Chop the tomatoes into cubes of equal size and place in a deep frying pan. Separately, fry the onion half rings, mix with the tomatoes and pour in 100 ml. clean water. Simmer the ingredients under the lid until they lose volume.

6. Salt, pepper, add the remaining sugar, add your favorite seasonings (but not too much). Pass the garlic cloves through a press and insert here. Simmer for another 3 minutes.

7. By this time, the shrimp have already been marinated. Fry them in butter, serve with tomato sauce.

  • beef tenderloin (or veal) - 0.5 kg.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 15-18 pcs.
  • Iceberg salad - 60 gr.
  • salad in “Mix” packs (optional) - 1 pack
  • olive oil - 80-100 ml.
  • lemon juice - 30 ml.
  • mustard (liquid) - 10 gr.
  • soy sauce - 40 ml.
  • garlic cloves - 2 pcs.
  • liquid honey - 20 gr.

1. Wash the tomatoes and leave to dry on towels. Do the same with Iceberg lettuce and Mix (if added). Grate the ginger root, you need to get half a teaspoon. Pass the garlic cloves through a press.

2. Wash the beef (or better yet, veal), dry it, and leave it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Freezing will help you with further cutting. Chop the meat into 1.5*1.5 cm pieces or slices.

3. Prepare beef filling: mix lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce. Send the pieces to marinate for a quarter of an hour.

4. Do not overcook the meat, otherwise a romantic dinner for your loved one will go to waste. Cooking at home is not difficult, all recipes are step-by-step.

5. After marinating, fry the beef in vegetable or butter for 12-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the stove and leave the meat covered for 20 minutes.

We need:

  • 400 g beef (shoulder)
  • 1 piece carrot (medium)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml sour cream 20%
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 g (1/4 tsp) ground black pepper
  • 250 g vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash the beef, remove films and veins and pass through a meat grinder. Place the minced meat in a zip bag and beat it on the work surface.


If you forgot to take meat out of the refrigerator, don’t worry, you can get minced meat by grating frozen meat on a coarse grater.


2. Grate the peeled carrots. Mix with minced meat, add egg, salt and pepper.

3. Mix this mixture with flour and sour cream.

5. Let's start forming balls. To do this, take two dishes: pour water into one to wet the spoon and hands, and 3 tablespoons of flour into the second. Take a spoon, dip it in water, scoop up the minced meat and roll it into a ball with your hands.

Meat rolls with bell pepper simple recipe


We need:

  • 350 g beef (shoulder)
  • 2 pcs red bell pepper
  • 2 cm ginger root
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 55 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup (250 g) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • grated ginger

For decoration:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • a couple of lettuce leaves

Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into slices 1 cm thick. Take a piece, cover it with cling film, and beat it with a hammer from the middle to the edges. And so is all the meat.


To slice meat thinly, you need to freeze it slightly.

2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.

3. Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.

4. Cooking marinade: you need to mix lemon juice, 1/2 part grated ginger, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, vegetable oil.

5. Place the meat in the prepared marinade, massage it and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate. Remove and dry with a paper towel.

6. Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and white membranes, cut into strips 0.5 cm thick. Place in a frying pan with oil and fry. Fry the pepper for 3-4 minutes until half cooked. Then place on a paper towel and cool.


7.Cooking sauce: Pour soy sauce into a saucepan. To it add a clove of garlic, squeezed through a garlic press, apple cider vinegar and the remaining ginger, mix everything and put it on the fire. From the moment the mixture boils, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Be sure to strain the sauce to avoid any pieces of ginger and garlic.

8. Place a frying pan on the stove and grease it with oil.

9. Cut off the white part of the green onions, pour boiling water over the feathers, then transfer them to cold water. This is done in order to make the feathers soft and not lose color.


10. Form rolls. Take chopped and marinated meat. Place four strips of bell pepper on the side of a piece of meat so that the ends peek out on both sides, and wrap it in a roll. Tie with an onion feather and trim off the excess. And so is all the meat.


Fry in a frying pan until golden.

11. Place the finished rolls on a paper towel and cool.


12. Before serving, pour the sauce over the rolls. Place chopped tomato and cucumber on lettuce leaves.

Original meat in cheese batter


We need:

  • 500 g pork
  • 4 cloves garlic or finely grated onion
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • flour for breading
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 lemon

Preparation:

1. Pork cut across the grain, as if into meatballs, is beaten through cling film. Salt, pepper and roll in flour.

2. Coat the meat with squeezed garlic.

3. Finely grate the cheese and beat with the eggs. We made cheese batter.

4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

5. Dip the chopped pork in cheese batter, bread it again in flour and place it in a frying pan. Fry until golden.

For the second breading of meat, you can use breadcrumbs instead of flour.

6. Place the meat on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place a little butter on each piece and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until done. Keep in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

7. Serve with vegetables.

Smoked brisket with nuts and prunes


We need:

  • 300 g smoked brisket, spread wider
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 50 g pitted prunes
