Congratulations for the holiday “Uraza Bayram” in prose. Congratulations on the holiday of Eid al-Fitr (Eid al-Fitr) Congratulations on Eid

It came from the Companions - may Allah be pleased with them - that they congratulated each other on the holiday and said: “تقبل الله منا و منكم” - “takabbala Allah minna wa minkum” (may Allah accept you and us)…

It is narrated from Jubeir ibn Nufeir that he said:

“The companions of the Messenger of Allah - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - if they met (or when they met) on the day of al-Eid they said to each other:

تقبل الله منا و منكم - Takabbala Allahu minna wa minkum (may Allah accept you and us)..."

Al-Hafiz (ibn Hajar) said: “The isnad of this message is good.”

Imam Ahmad said - may Allah have mercy on him - “There is no problem in a person saying to another on the day of al-Eid: تقبل الله منا و منكم – Takabbala Allahu minna wa minkum »

Ibn Qudam reported this from him in the book of al-Mughniy.

Shaykh l-Islam ibn Taymiyyah was asked how this came in his book al-Fatawa al-Kubra (228\2):

“Is it possible to congratulate on Al-Eid day, and what people usually say:عيدك مبارك

Iduk Mubarak (May your Eid (holiday) be blessed), and the like, if it is based on Sharia or not? And if there is a basis, then what should be said?”

To which he replied:

“As for congratulations on the day of al-Eid, for example, if one says to another if he met him after the al-Eid prayer: تقبل الله منا و منكم - takabbala Allahu minna wa minkum... and similar to this, then this was transmitted from a group of companions, then that they did it and the imams like Ahmad and others allowed it.

However, Ahmad said:“I am not the first to congratulate, and if someone congratulated me first, then I will answer him.”

And this is because replying to a greeting is mandatory.

As for being the first to congratulate, there is no order for this in the sunnah, and it is also not prohibited. And therefore, whoever does this, he has an example, and whoever leaves him also has an example. Allah knows best."

Sheikh Uthaymeen was asked: “What is the position of congratulations on al-Eid? And does it have a specific form?”

To which he replied:

“Congratulations on Al-Eid are permitted. And there is no specific form for this, however, what will be in the tradition of people (congratulations), then it will be allowed if there is no sin in it .....”

He also said:

“Congratulations on al-id, it was performed by some companions - may Allah be pleased with them. And even if we assume that they did not do this, then this has now become a tradition to which people are accustomed, they congratulate each other on the achievement of al-id, the end of fasting, night prayer ... "

Was also asked : » What is the position of shaking hands and hugging after prayer (holiday)?

To which he replied:

“There is no problem with these things, since people do not do this in the form of worship and drawing closer to Allah, but they do it on the basis of tradition, respect, generosity.

And as long as there is a tradition of people, there is no ban on it, then the basis for this is permission.”

Majmuah Fatawa ibn Uthaymeen 16\208\210.

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful!

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds; peace and blessings to the last of the noblest prophets and messengers, Muhammad, his family and companions... Peace be upon you, the mercy of Allah and His blessings!

With a feeling of sincere joy, I congratulate all Muslims on the holy holiday

Eid al-Fitr (Eid al-Fitr)!

May Allah Almighty accept our fasting and prayers and grant peace, prosperity and prosperity to our entire ummah, and reward us many times over for all our good deeds committed in this holy month of Ramadan! May the blessings we acquired during this barakat month remain with us forever, and may all the sinful things that we managed to get rid of this month never return to us! Praise be to the Almighty that we have passed this month and tried to fulfill the covenant of our Lord:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

“Fasting is prescribed for you, just as it was prescribed for those who lived before you” (Quran, 2:183). Those who fasted according to the Holy Quran and Sunnah will receive many rewards from the Lord. Their sins will be forgiven and good deeds will be recorded, for them Allah will prepare Paradise and only those who fast will enter there: “Truly, there is a gate in Paradise called “ar-Rayan”, through which those who fast will enter on the Day of Resurrection, and no one will enter through it, except them. It will be said: “Where are those who fasted?” and they will rise up, and no one will enter through them except them, and when they enter, (the gates) will be closed, and no one else will enter through them.” (Sahih Bukhari, Muslim) .

I ask Allah to write for you your earthly road, the road to Mecca, and your road after death, the road to Paradise Firdaus. May Allah make the main victory in this life a victory over your nafs, and the victory in the next life a victory on the scales. May Allah grant you in your next life the happiness of following the Quran and Sunnah and being pleasing to Allah, and in your hereafter be in the company of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa salam) and behold the Face of Allah (Holy and Great is He). And may Allah grant us all to fall under the hadith of our Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa salam): It is reported from the words of Abu Hurayra that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa salam) said: “Whoever fasts during Ramadan with faith and hope of reward will be forgiven sins committed previously, and whoever stood the night of predestination with faith and hope of reward, the sins committed previously will be forgiven.” This hadith was narrated by al-Bukhari, Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi and an-Nasai.

In conclusion, my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, I would like to wish you that Allah Almighty will give us the strength, opportunity and long years of life to meet the month of Ramadan dozens and dozens of times and spend it with dignity! Amine.

Sincerely, Chairman of the local religious

Eid al-Fitr- a long-awaited holiday, the day when Muslims around the world congratulate each other on the end of the month of fasting - blessed Ramadan. This is a day that unites the entire great Muslim ummah of planet Earth, a holiday when everyone, without exception, rejoices and has fun. This is a holiday that is officially a day off in all Islamic countries, so that Muslims can meet each other, congratulate each other, visit relatives, relax and fully enjoy this holiday.

Eid al-Fitr gathers the family around the festive table, those who were away try to return home for the holiday, those who work, complete everything by the beginning of the holiday, because the unity is observed brighter, because the houses and streets are full of people who go to congratulate each other Happy holiday of breaking the fast.

Uraza Bayram is a holiday of joy, happiness, smiles, and good mood. First of all, on this day, Muslims turn to their Lord, Allah Almighty, with a prayer that He accepts their fast, all the good deeds and intentions committed in this month. We ask the same for ourselves and for other Muslims; when we meet, we wish this and in response we hear “Amen,” and we hope that the Creator, by His mercy, will accept our worship. This day is filled with deepest faith on the part of the believers as the festive day begins with prayers and the whole day is filled with this divine grace.

Eid al-Fitr holiday begins with collective prayer in the mosques of any locality. An hour or two after sunrise, the mosques are filled with Muslims who read the takbir loudly and in one voice, after which they perform the holiday prayer.

Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “ When the holiday prayer was completed, one of the angels said: “Let everyone know that the Lord has forgiven you. So return to your homes with joy. Today is reward day.” And this is also proclaimed in heaven ».

Note that takbir, that is, the words “ Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, la ilaha illallahu wa Allahu akbar wa lillahi-l hamd ”, begin to sound from the previous day after evening prayer. They indicate that Ramadan has come to an end, and tomorrow is declared a holiday. Muslims, some in mosques and some at home, wait for the takbir, and after it begins to sound, they congratulate each other on the holiday. The takbir continues to sound until the beginning of the holiday prayer.

As mentioned above, the main essence of the holiday is that Muslims thank Allah Almighty for being able to fast for a month, since it is the third pillar of Islam. Muslims thank their Lord for being able to perform godly deeds. They are grateful that during this time they were able to at least a little atone for their mistakes, improve their character, and leave behind some addictions that do not correspond to religion.

Eid al-Fitr is also unique because that on this day both rich and poor rejoice equally. Wealthy Muslims often time the payment of obligatory zakat to coincide with this month and holiday, which allows indigent brothers and sisters to celebrate the holiday with dignity, set the table and welcome guests.

Mercy, which is so welcomed in Islam and encouraged by Allah Almighty, is fully manifested both during the month of Ramadan itself and on the bright holiday of Eid al-Fitr. The feelings and emotions of believers overwhelm their hearts and souls, because they were waiting for this day, they were hungry and thirsty for the sake of their Lord, and now He generously rewards them.

The holiday of breaking the fast brings all relatives together, those who may not have been seen for months will definitely be seen on this day, everyone goes to visit, invites them to their place.

Eid al-Fitr - the holiday of friendship, mutual respect, understanding, love, forgiveness, brotherhood.

The holiday of breaking the fast is a bridge to another equally great Muslim holiday, Eid al-Adha - Kurban Bayram. It won't be long to wait, about two and a half months. These holidays follow each other, and this is the special mercy of Allah. First, Muslims fast, then begin to prepare for the greatest journey of their lives - a pilgrimage to the shrines of Mecca and Medina.

If you think about it, you don’t really need to strive for that same unity, since Allah Himself has already laid it down: the month of Ramadan, the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, preparation for the Hajj, the Hajj itself, the holiday of Eid al-Adha, then follows the month of Rabi-ul Awwal, Rajab, Sha'ban and Ramadan again. All great events are arranged by the Wise Allah in such a way that the unity of Muslims is not interrupted, because each of these events is very significant, has great meaning and significance, and if Muslims themselves approach this correctly, then they are always united, members of the Muslim ummah breathe in time with each other with each other, as one organism, as one big and united heart.

Eid al-Fitr carries a huge spiritual charge, one common joy. On this day, Muslims say goodbye to the month they have been waiting for a whole year, and ask the Lord not to deprive them of the opportunity to celebrate Ramadan next year. On this day, believers sum up their behavior, their deeds, their mercy, which they demonstrated on blessed days.

Fasting on a holiday is prohibited; on this day only joy and fun should be present in the heart of a Muslim. After congratulating the imam of the mosque and performing collective holiday prayers, Muslims begin to congratulate each other. With such pleasant impressions, the mosque parishioners go home from there to begin visiting their neighbors and relatives with words of congratulations, with wishes for fasting, peace and tranquility to each of us.

Even from the evening or on a holiday before prayer, Muslims pay, which is distributed among needy believers. It is also advisable to visit cemeteries the day before.

Directly on the holiday itself, the Ulama recommend that Muslims: get out of bed early, perform a complete ablution of the body, put on the best and most beautiful clothes, perfume themselves with incense, have breakfast before the holiday prayer with something sweet, then go to greet Muslims, show joy and cheerfulness, go to guests, congratulate the believers on the holiday, wishing them that Allah would accept their fast.

Children remain involved. They are looking forward to this day with great anticipation. In different countries of the world this day is celebrated in different ways; in some places parents organize real cultural outings for their children, walks in parks, attractions, swings, and carousels. All kinds of playgrounds open for the holiday. An important attribute is the sweets that children receive on the day of the holiday; other gifts are also given.

Any good traditions that have developed with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr are good, because the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) loved when Muslims rejoice, and he praised giving gifts to each other. " And give each other gifts ", says the hadith. Muslims follow this good beginning and please themselves, their family, relatives, friends.

Eid al-Fitr is the logical end of the month of Ramadan, but doing good deeds does not end with the holiday, ibadah does not end, on the contrary, we must do this with even greater zeal in order to achieve the satisfaction of our Creator.

Eid al-Fitr falls on the first day. The hadith speaks of the desirability of fasting for six days and this month. Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “ One who fasts during Ramadan and then fasts for six days of Shawwal will receive a reward equal to one year's fasting. " It is advisable to observe this fast immediately after the holiday, although it is allowed on any other days of this month and it is considered important to observe these six days in a row.

Of course, each of us is happy and sad at the same time, because we are celebrating such a great holiday, but we regret that the blessed days are over and now we will have to wait exactly a year, and if it is the will of Allah Almighty, we will once again taste all the mercy of the sacred month of Ramadan.

In the meantime, let's congratulate each other on Eid al-Fitr. As reported in a hadith from Jabir bin Nafir: “ When meeting on Eid, the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to each other: “May Allah accept from us and from you.” ».

We will congratulate our brothers and sisters with the same wonderful words, following the Sunnah of our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

Muslims around the world celebrate the holiday of breaking the fast, Eid al-Fitr - Eid al-Fitr. This day marks the end of the month of Ramadan - the month of mercy and forgiveness.

The editors of the Islam.Ru website congratulate all believers on this blessed day. We wish our brothers and sisters to cleanse themselves of everything unworthy and celebrate this great holiday with sincere faith in the Creator.

May the Almighty grant us His blessings in both worlds, strengthen fraternal ties between people and unite us all in goodness.

The unity of our ummah is the key to its prosperity. So let's hold on to the rope of Allah and not be separated!

On the eve of the holiday, Muslim spiritual leaders and muftis offer congratulations to believers. We present to your attention a selection of such appeals.

The Mufti of Dagestan, Sheikh Akhmad Afandi, congratulated the country's believers on the blessed holiday of Eid al-Fitr - Eid al-Fitr!

“As-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh!

Dear brothers and sisters!

On behalf of all the employees of the Muftiate and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you on the holy holiday of Eid al-Adha!

This is one of the important days in the life of Muslims, when they visit all their relatives and friends, the sick, congratulate brothers and sisters and try to make their children happy. Islam teaches us to show unity, brotherhood, friendship and mutual respect. If every believer possesses these wonderful qualities, then the Creator, by His mercy, may bestow upon us barakah and patience, which we really lack in this difficult time.

It is joyful to realize that every year believers treat this holiday more and more reverently. Muslims observed fasting, performed good deeds, treated their relatives and friends, many of you participated in the “Ramadan Tents” campaign, and distributed alms. This testifies to the unity and cohesion of Muslims.

I express my sincere gratitude to the believers who have shown due respect for all the commandments of Allah Almighty. I ask the Almighty Creator to reward everyone according to their intentions.

I wish all believers to make it a priority to acquire eternal values for the sake of the pleasure of the Almighty.

Let this bright holiday serve the spiritual purification of people, strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between them.

May Allah accept all our good deeds. With all my heart I wish you strong faith, family well-being and health. May the Almighty grant us forgiveness and mercy both in this world and in the Hereafter. Amine".

Congratulations from the Mufti of Tatarstan on the holiday of Uraza Bayram

Bismillahir-rahmanir-rahim

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu

Dear brothers and sisters!

On behalf of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you on the great holiday of Eid al-Fitr - Eid al-Fitr!

As we see off the blessed month of Ramadan, the heart of every Muslim is filled with mixed feelings: we rejoice that now the long-awaited holiday is coming, but we are more sad because such valuable gifts as multiple rewards for good deeds, fraternal iftars, tarawih prayers, sincere alms fitr are given to us only in the month of Ramadan. The famous Muslim scholar Ibn Hajar al-Askalani (Rahmatullahi alaihi) in his famous work “Fath al-Bari”, which is a commentary on the collection of hadiths “Sahih Bukhari”, said: “The desire for the end of Ramadan is one of the great sins.”

Ramadan is a month of doing good deeds and giving up bad habits. Praise be to Allah, some of our brothers and sisters stood up for daily prayer this month, some were lucky enough to learn to read the Honorable Quran and master the rules of Tajweed. I sincerely hope that someone has realized the true value of family and restored family, friendship and brotherly relationships that were forgotten for various reasons. In this sacred month, lonely and oppressed people, the seriously ill, the poor and orphans, all with wounded and weary hearts beating, found spiritual healing, good patrons, friends and companions. Homes for the elderly, people with disabilities and orphanages, hospitals and prisons - the joy of the blessed month has come to everyone. In a word, Ramadan gave us all the opportunity to plunge into the world of spiritual purity and brotherhood. Now it’s up to us whether we leave this spiritual state only for Ramadan or change ourselves and our lives forever after Eid al-Adha.

Dear fellow believers! I congratulate you on the blessed Eid al-Adha and urge you to give gifts to relatives, colleagues, friends and especially children - let the joy of the holiday be felt everywhere! I wish you the pleasure of Allah and His Mercy, happiness in both worlds, strong iman and the opportunity to work for the good of Islam. May Allah Almighty accept our fast and all our good deeds! Happy holiday! Amine.

Congratulations from the head of the JMR on the holy holiday of Eid al-Fitr

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent and the Merciful! Peace be with you, the mercy of the Almighty and His endless blessings! Eid al-Fitr - Eid al-Adha in Islam is one of the main holidays. It symbolizes the end of the holy month of Ramadan, and also reminds us of the highest human values, teaches kindness and compassion, and respect for elders, parents, and loved ones. In today's difficult conditions of instability in the world, the example of a growing country, Russia, makes some people want to fragment and weaken our united society. Therefore, it is the spiritual values that we preserve and pass on from generation to generation that give us the opportunity not only to create, but also to successfully withstand any difficulties and any external pressure. Spiritual and moral work on oneself is the tomorrow of a strong person. A man who was and will be respected and loved on earth and in heaven. The holiday of Eid al-Adha helps us understand that a true believer cares about the well-being and peace of mind not only of himself, his family or friends, but also of all citizens of his beloved Fatherland. I sincerely pray that the Almighty accepts our fasts and thoughts and helps us adhere to the truly correct path. May the Eid al-Fitr holiday bring warmth and joy, mutual understanding, tranquility, prosperity and prosperity to every home!

With kind prayers, Mufti of the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia Albir Hazrat Krganov

The Mufti of St. Petersburg and the North-Western region of Russia congratulates devout Muslims on the holiday of Eid al-Adha

On behalf of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of St. Petersburg and the North-Western region of Russia and on my own behalf, I congratulate all my fellow believers - the Muslims of St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the world on the upcoming bright holiday - the holiday of Eid al-Adha, which marks the end of Fasting in the month of Ramadan.

These days we pray and glorify the Almighty Creator; we understand that holidays were given to us not just to take our minds off the series of everyday life. We lived a month that became for us a month of spiritual cleansing, performing godly deeds, and forgiveness of sins. Many Muslims, by the grace of the Almighty, showed great zeal in worship during this great month, the mosques were overcrowded for prayers, they showed zeal in generosity, in keeping away from the forbidden, in showing good character.

Fasting is a time when a person has compassion and sympathizes with those who need our help. During the days of Lent, moral improvement, and service to the Almighty, we sought to multiply good deeds many times over, tried to show care and attention not only to family and friends, but also to those who need our support, showing mercy and compassion.

Intensified prayer, complete abstinence from all types of food, drink and entertainment, constant help to the poor, orphans and the disadvantaged, getting rid of addictions and passions requires spiritual improvement and diligence. The fight against one's vices and self-improvement does not happen without difficulties, without patience. Therefore, the month of Ramadan is also called the month of patience and testing. Our tolerance, our fortitude, our willpower and the depth of our faith are tested. The test is also the preservation of human dignity. The dignity of a Muslim, the dignity of every person, is his thoughts and actions, his aspirations to be in society and to benefit his people, the Motherland, where he draws benefits for food.

Whether a Muslim managed to pass these tests is known only to Allah Almighty and this will be revealed only on the Day of Judgment. Now something else is important - during the days of festive fun, not to lose the good fruits of Lent, not to forget that prayer, alms, and good deeds should be done not only on the days of Lent, but also on all days of life, for with the Creator all days are sacred.

In these blessed days, when more than a billion Muslims around the world offer their prayers to the One and Great Creator - God, I sincerely wish all Muslims of our multinational and multi-religious region to send down the mercy and blessings of the Almighty!

During the Holy month of Ramadan, we spent time in prayer and fasting, communicating with brothers in faith, studying the Holy Quran, in which we always discovered new things for ourselves every time. The Almighty gave people reason so that they could distinguish good from bad, truth from lies, faith from unbelief, and remember the miracles that He sent down to all His creatures. Therefore, I am deeply confident that all followers of Islam, a traditional religious denomination for Russia, will, as before, use their enormous potential, their capabilities in order to continue to develop spirituality in our society in peace and mutual understanding, to serve to strengthen civil harmony and peace.

Dear brothers and sisters!

Eid al-Fitr is a truly glorious and pure holiday that unites the entire Muslim people. Everyone can feel an amazing unity with their fellow people. I once again congratulate you with all my heart, wishing you pure thoughts and clear intentions. Let peace always reign in your home, which will not destroy the glorious life given by the Almighty. Let your loved ones be peaceful and happy, resistant to life’s disasters. I wish you to find inspiration and support for every day in a strong and deep faith. Eid al-Fitr, which marked the end of a long and important fast, is a valuable event for all believers. You will definitely find enough energy in yourself to feel the new power of faith. Happiness and blessings on such a miraculous day.

I pray to our Creator to send down prosperity and well-being, peace and tranquility to us and our loved ones in both worlds! I pray to the Almighty to grant peace and tranquility, prosperity and stability to all Russians.

May the Almighty help us all in all good deeds and endeavors! I hope that we will preserve all the best that we have acquired this month throughout the whole year and throughout our future lives.
