However, it all depends on the design, because it is important to give emotions first of all. Making paper packaging

The first thought that comes to mind is the design of a bottle or can of alcohol in bright gift paper. It's good that today there is simply huge selection images, texture and thickness of the gift wrap. With a creative approach, you can make a very beautiful, bright and unusual wrapper for your present from this material, which you will be very sorry to tear.

Consider below a few creative options for how you can use this material in your design.

  • Registration of an alcoholic drink with a wrapper with a serpentine fringe.

The classic version of wrapping can be brightened up with unusual curls next to the neck of the container. This wrapper will look great as a gift on New Year, due to the fact that the twisted fringe looks like a serpentine.

  1. Put a bottle of beer on a gift wrap, cut a strip that will fit in width. Cut the edges of the paper with a fringe. Optionally, this step can be omitted by creating the upper part in the form of an envelope or package. Wrap the bottle in paper, fix the side with short pieces of tape. At the bottom of the container, wrap the gift wrap inward and fix it with adhesive tape.
  2. Gather the cut fringe into one piece in the likeness of a tail, fix it with a festive ribbon or braid.
  3. With the sharp surface of the scissors, squeeze through all the strips of fringe so that it takes on a look similar to serpentine.

How to decorate a gift with a napkin or corrugated paper

Let's go through it step by step:

  1. Use a napkin or a thin strip of paper and put it on the neck of the container, fix it with tape.
  2. Next, cut out a wider piece of paper, attach this material to an alcoholic drink so that the place of fixing the gift wrapper on the neck with tape is not visible. We leave the bottom open.
  3. The surface can be fastened with adhesive tape or use a festive braid, ribbon, or a regular cord. It is important to create a joint of 2 paper layers as less noticeable as possible. Toys, flowers and edible items are also used to decorate our workpiece.

An analogy to the process of packing a bottle into 2 paper sheets is the composition of a jar of homemade jam under a table napkin.

Festive decoration of a bottle from the sleeves of a woolen sweater

If you have an unnecessary stretched sweater lying around (or maybe an old knitted sweater), do not throw them in the trash! Sleeves of woolen things can be transformed into cozy, homemade gift decorations for gift alcohol (and not only), which will be very relevant for holidays such as New Year, Christmas, etc.

  2. Put your bottle in the sleeve in such a position that the cuff is at the level of the neck. Remove the unnecessary part of the sleeve (below the bottom of the beer bottle) by about a few centimeters. Be sure to keep track of knitted part not blossomed, I advise you to pick up the yarn and use the thread.
  3. The bottom for this gift wrap can be made of strong fabric and sewn on, or simply use the edge of the cut sleeve, pull it off in the middle. For creativity, you can attach a bright ribbon, braid with small beads or buttons in matching colors to the neck with cuffs.

You can also complement the image with a tie or bow tie - this amazing image of a bottle of strong drink will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. An excellent solution for a surprise for a man and colleagues at work. I note: a bow tie or a tie is also another gift.

And creating such a gift is even easier than from an old sweater, because in this case you don’t have to worry that the knitted part can bloom and ruin the look. The algorithm of work is similar.

  1. Look for an extra old shirt, clean and sleeved. good quality. Install the bottle in the sleeve, I advise that the cuff covers the entire neck of the beer bottle.

Festive fabric packaging can not be sewn at all. Instead, carefully wrap the liquor bottle and secure with tape at the top.

Gift wrapping of a bottle of beer in a sock

An unusual idea, isn't it? An ordinary colored golf or a sock (an old sock will definitely not work here) can be a very original gift package for a beer or other alcoholic drink. I advise you to give such gifts only to the young age category, which will positively perceive such humor.

Just put a sock on the bottle - and that's it))

3. Before serving alcohol to the table, remove the container with the bottle from the freezer and use a knife to remove the carton.

As a result, a bottle of alcohol should end up in an amazingly beautiful ice box.

A rare man will not be delighted with a gift in the form of a bottle of elite alcohol. By the way, according to generally accepted etiquette, alcohol can only be given to men. Women can't. But when we are talking about close people, etiquette can not be observed. If a friend appreciates good wines, why not give her such a gift?

If alcohol is sold in a box, it is packaged as standard. And how to pack a bottle without a box? After all, you want the present to look original and festive. Let's look at some interesting solutions.

Wrap in paper

The packaging for the bottle is lush

You will need a square or round sheet of paper, as well as ribbons and possibly tape. The paper size is like this:

  • if a square, then its side is equal to the height of the bottle multiplied by 2
  • if a circle, then its diameter is equal to the height of the bottle, multiplied by 2

We lay out the sheet on the table, put the bottle in the center, lift the edges of the paper up, collect and fix it with a ribbon. For reliability, you can use tape.

How beautiful to pack a bottle as a gift?

To make the packaging look even more magnificent, you need to take not one, but two or three types of paper at once, putting them one on top of the other: for example, one is a bright accent, the other is translucent, the third is transparent. You can "play" with the edges of the paper, making them curly.

If desired, additional decor can be applied: for example, small Christmas balls, sweets, flowers, beads, etc.

Instead of paper for lush packaging, elegant fabric is also suitable.

Bottle packaging concise

We will need:

  • thick wrapping paper
  • double sided tape
  • scissors
  • neat bow

1. Put the wrapping paper inside out.

2. We put the bottle on top and wrap it in paper, making two turns.

3. We cut off the excess.

4. On one of the long sides we make a bend of 1-2 cm (“face” is bent towards the wrong side).

5. Glue double-sided tape to this edge.

6. We wrap the bottle, starting from the edge opposite the adhesive edge. We leave a few free centimeters of paper from the bottom of the bottle - this will be the bottom of the package.

7. Having reached the adhesive edge, gently press it, fixing the resulting tube.

8-9. We decorate the bottom of the package: carefully fill the paper and glue it with double-sided tape.

10-11. We put the bottle upright. The free upper edge of the package is compressed. We leave 6-8 cm of paper above the neck of the bottle, cut off the rest.

12. We wrap the upper edge twice in a centimeter and fix it with double-sided tape. Glue a small bow to the front of the package.

Japanese style paper packaging

1. We take two types of paper: red and white. The paper should be soft but hold the fold line well. The size of the sheets - depending on the bottle (length and width are about two times the height of the bottle). The papers are stacked on top of each other.

2. We make folds on the paper in one direction, pressing and smoothing the folds. The size of one fold is approximately 2-2.5 cm. Fold until you get a narrow strip. The edge, if it differs from the rest of the folds, is cut off. Unfold and separate sheets. Before us is paper with clear parallel fold lines.

3. We pleat the sheets. We take the lowest fold line and wrap it over ourselves by about half a centimeter. Press and smooth the crease. We do this with each fold line, moving higher and higher.

4. We fix the pleated with adhesive tape, gluing it from the wrong side of the sheet. We do this with both sheets.

5. We connect the sheets with double-sided tape, making sure that the folds on them are directed in one direction.

6. Turn the sheet inside out. We put the bottle diagonally in the lower corner and wrap it up. We fix the end with double-sided tape.

7. We make out the bottom of the package. Cut off the excess and wrap the paper, securing with tape.

8. We take cardboard or a thick postcard and cut a circle to fit the bottom of the bottle. Glue the circle to the bottom of the package for stability.

9. We decorate the packed bottle with ribbon and / or other decorative elements.

How to pack a bottle as a gift? In Japanese!

Japanese-style bottle packaging: option two

This is an extremely simple method with a very aesthetic result.

We need paper that holds the fold line well. The sheet must be square. The length of the side is about twice the height of the bottle.

1. Fold the sheet in half diagonally. We get a triangle. If the paper is double-sided, you can fold it not quite in half - so that the edges of the two sides of the triangle differ in color.

2. Bend the triangle in half and smooth to outline the center line.

3. Starting from one of the bottom corners, fold the paper like a fan until we reach the center fold line. Each fold is 1-1.5 cm.

4. Put the bottle in the corner of the smooth half. Glue the corner to the bottle with double-sided tape. We wrap the bottle up to the center line and again fix the structure with adhesive tape.

5. We do not wrap the corrugated side around the bottle, but press it in one place and fix it with a tie (tape, braid, etc.).

Paper packaging with pompom or curls

The bottle is wrapped in the same way as described above in the instructions “Concise packaging” (up to point 9). However, the upper free edge is not cut off, but cut into strips. Each strip must be stretched between the finger and the scissors. As a result, the top of the package will “curl”.

Packed in fabric

Furoshiki

This is a Japanese packaging technique. You can use elegant fabric, and if the gift is intended for a woman, a beautiful scarf is also suitable (this is both a package and an additional present). Everything is done easily according to the scheme.

With pompom

Everything is the same here as with paper. We wrap in 2-3 turns, fasten the structure with adhesive tape or seams. We tie a ribbon on top, and cut the free edge into strips, turning it into a cute pompom.
